  - PHASE 2 -
Voluntary Legal (Optional)

H.F. Communications feels after working an account for a period of 4 to 6 months and nothing has been resolved amicably, our Phase 2 will begin.  HFC has adapted a program with reputable law firms around the country, which replicates our collection philosophy.  Just like in Phase 1, there is no cost to you unless the account is collected.  The firm will work the account up to an additional 120 days, through this time period, the firm will make a recommendation to you whether or not to proceed with litigation. 

 - PHASE 3 - 
Legal Forwarding (Optional)

H.F. Communications will do everything in its power to avoid having to take legal action.  However, in some circumstances, a lawsuit and/or litigation is necessary to effect payment on a legitimate debt.  We have the ability to forward your accounts to attorneys we work with all over the country. 

•  HFC will not initiate a legal suit without first obtaining your written authorization.
•  HFC will only work with experienced, bonded, law league attorneys.
•  HFC attorneys will work toward voluntary collection and will make every effort to prevent litigation.  However, if suit is deemed necessary and is authorized, out-of-pocket expenses are by the client.
