We offer several different programs for speeding up your cash flow and getting that money back into your pocket for the products and services you have already provided.  Our goal on behalf of our Client is total debt recovery, and we will go to lengths to achieve that. 

If you were to design and create your own Collection Agency, how would you want your accounts handled? Letter Service HFC's Letter Service Program is what we recommend you start the collection process with. This allows you to still remain in control of the accounts, while we get our third party urgency involved as well. This program is on a flat rate, so you are not paying a percentage per account. Using the Letter Service Program will save you money in the long run. We recommend you place accounts 60-120 days past due in this program. Full Service Here at HFC, we put quality rather than quantity into our Full Service program. This is how we differ from most collection agencies and attorneys. Our collectors have guidelines they have to follow. They don't just get to the accounts when they can, they have to continue to make contact after contact with a "respectful firmness" of demanding the payment in full. We take pride in the returns we give back to you, our client. Full Service includes phone calls, letters, and skip tracing until payment in full is made. Legal Forwarding HFC will do everything in its power to avoid having to take legal action. However, in some circumstances, a lawsuit and/or litigation is necessary to effect payment on a legitimate debt. We have the ability to forward your accounts to attorneys we work with all over the country.
